Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Karina Grimaldi pieces, but if a fit isn't perfect, we accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 21 days of delivery. Please note that all sale items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are intact, and affix the return shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
